Is Your Job Exposed?

Type a job title. We'll match it against all 831 occupations BLS scored for AI exposure and show you the tier, the projected change through 2035, and — because the tier alone won't tell you much — a job in the exact same tier headed the opposite direction.

This tool runs on BLS's 2025–35 Employment Projections, the first release where the government scored every detailed occupation on how much of its work overlaps with what AI can currently do or assist with — not whether the job is disappearing. Each of the 831 occupations below lands in one of four relative tiers, ranked against every other job in the country rather than on any fixed scale:

Low — task requirements don't match current AI capability well
Moderate — some overlap, not enough to rank in the top half
High — a larger share of tasks can be done or assisted by AI
Very High — the most overlap of any tier, with real observed AI use on the job

None of that says which way employment moves. A high or very high rating can mean AI is cutting the need for workers in that job — or it can mean AI is making people in that job more valuable, driving demand up. Same goes in reverse: a low rating doesn't mean a job is safe from anything, AI included. Search below and you'll see both directions show up inside every tier.

Matches BLS's exact occupation categories — 831 of them, covering nearly every job in the country. Type a few letters and pick the closest one.
